After your order is completed, we will package it securely to ensure it arrives at your doorstep in pristine condition.

Shipping times can vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typically, orders are processed and packaged within 2-5 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may require up to 14 business days before they are shipped as they are made to order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor its journey to you. We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the item size and destination. If you’re located in Humble, TX, or nearby, we also offer local pickup by appointment. Please contact us directly to arrange.
